We have a 120-day guarantee with free returns for orders within Australia. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your charms or jewellery, we welcome you to return your items to us for a refund or exchange  

Upon submitting a Return/Exchange Request from within your account, we will send you instructions to return your items to us.

Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 120 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.

Custom Jewelry

  1. Postage delays can always occur, especially during Christmas time by the Post System
  2. We try our very best to get orders out on time.
  3. All items are checked for any defects before sending, therefore if items arrive broken it is usually during transit.
  4. All orders are custom made especially just for you, therefore no returns or refunds can be accepted due to change of mind or inscription. If Mewe-jewelry has made an error in the inscription, design and order then Mewe jewellery will replace the item for you.
  5. Due to the personalised and customised nature of our products, we regret that returns or exchanges of pendants are not possible except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the merchandise. mewe-jewelry always aim to have products of the highest quality, if there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@mewe-jewelry.com. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  6. please do not purchase if you have not agreed to these terms these terms only apply to cust made jewellery that has been requested by you and personally made to your requirements
    please allow up to 3-4 weeks from purchase to delivery due to construction but in most cases, this will be sooner

WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return.

These include:

  • Items that have already been taken out of the packing and worn.
  • Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
  • Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving with an outside jeweller.
  • Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than thirty (30) days from the date the item was delivered.

pieced items are non-refundable 

This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.

 

Wrong ring size?

If you have ordered the wrong ring size, please submit a Return/Exchange Request from within your account and you will be sent instructions to return your items to us for an exchange, free of charge for orders within Australia!

Full / Partial Refund

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return the item to us within the 120 days period for a full refund. Simply let us know and we will be happy to help you out. if you receive an incomplete order we must be notified us within 48 hrs of its arrival.  after that time we will not take responsibility for any missing item that we are not made aware of within that time frame
