At Jewelaus, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are located within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Eligible Items

You may request a withdrawal for eligible non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request is received, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable / Exempt Items

The following items are not eligible for withdrawal or cancellation:

  • Personalized or engraved charms

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items altered specifically for the customer

These products are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging where possible

  • Be returned within the required return timeframe

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original standard shipping costs may be refunded where required under EU consumer law.
