WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return.

These include:

  • Items that have already been taken out of the packing and worn.
  • Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
  • Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving with an outside jeweller.
  • Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than thirty (30) days from the date the item was delivered.
  • Refunds for undelivered item can't be refunded until a period of time has past 21 days for domestic orders and 31 days for international this allows a full investigation for the items for item showing as delivered no refund will be given

 Custom Jewelry

      These are the Custom order guidelines all items are handmade so please set your expectations on the time frame accordingly.
      Allow up to 3 weeks from purchase to delivery due to construction but in most cases, this will be sooner we may at busy times in February Valentine's Day March Easter October November, and December Christmas needs more time depending on demand
    1. Postage delays can always occur, especially during Christmas time by the Post System and we stop taking orders for Christmas delivery on the 1st of December 
    2. We try our very best to get orders out on time.
    3. All items are checked for any defects before sending, therefore if items arrive broken it is usually during transit.
    4. All orders are custom-made especially just for you, therefore no returns or refunds can be accepted due to change of mind or inscription. If Jewelaus has made an error in the inscription, design, and order then Jewelaus will replace the item for you.
    5. Due to the personalized and customized nature of our products, we regret that returns or exchanges of pendants are not possible except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the merchandise. Jewelaus always aims to have products of the highest quality, if there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us on 0477420130 or Facebook messenger. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
    6. please do not purchase if you have not agreed to these terms these terms only apply to custom-made jewellery that has been requested by you and personally made to your requirements

    Pre-orders & Custom items

    Please instruct us as to how you would like your order shipped if you have a pre-order or custom items in your shipment this will delay the shipping of all of these items until all items are in stock 

    If you need us to ship separately so the in-stocked items are not delayed please leave instructions in the comment box when placing your order. if no instructions are left we will ship all item at once
