Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify customers of any expected delays via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost or product price.
  • We are not able to predict or control these fees, as they vary by country and are set by local customs authorities.
  • All items are declared accurately and at full value on customs documentation, in line with international shipping regulations. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or declare false values, even upon request.
  • Sterling silver jewellery, including charms, may be classified under HS/tariff code 7113.11 in most countries — customers in the EU, US, or elsewhere seeking specific duty information should check with their local customs office prior to ordering, as rates and thresholds can change.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@jewelaus.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Jewel Aus is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues once the parcel has left our facility, but we're always happy to help track down a missing order.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
